I ordered both a top and bottom mould for veneers from Brighter Image Lab however I was unable to go through with it due to decay in several of my teeth so I sent back the mould package unused which was recieved by Brighter Image Lab and they confirmed that everything in the package was intact therefore my refund would be processed asap. It has now been over a month and there is no new information they can provide me.
I am a single mother of two young children and I really want my NZD of $1800+ back. Please help me.
